Social Media Management — Salem–Keizer, OR
Posting every week is the whole job. Almost nobody does it.
Most local trades start strong, post for three weeks, then go quiet for four months. The account is still there, the last post says August, and it reads as a business that might not be running anymore. Consistency is the entire advantage, and it is the one thing that is genuinely hard to do yourself while you are on a job site.
What lands every week
Five posts a week, per location.
Two reels
Two short vertical videos a week, cut from footage of actual jobs — the work in progress, the finished result, the crew doing the thing you get hired for.
One static post
One still post a week. Before-and-after, a finished job, a seasonal reminder, or an answer to the question customers keep asking.
Two TikToks
Two TikTok videos a week, cut for that audience rather than cross-posted untouched from Instagram.
Captions & posting
Written in your voice, scheduled, and posted on time. You are not reminded to approve a queue every Sunday night.
Comments & DMs
We watch the replies and hand you anything that looks like an actual job. Nobody sells a $9,000 job in an Instagram comment, but plenty of them start there.
Monthly report
What posted, what got reach, and what to shoot more of next month. One page, in plain language.
How it works
You shoot. We do the rest.
Footage first
The hard part is raw material, not editing. We set up the simplest thing that works: your crew shoots clips on their phones to a shared folder, and we handle everything downstream.
Voice, once
One conversation about how you talk about your work, so captions sound like you and not like a marketing department.
A month ahead
We build a month of posts at a time, so a slow week of footage never becomes a silent week on your feed.
Reset every month
The report says what worked. The next month is built from that, not from the original plan.
What it costs
One range, and what moves you along it.
- $300–$700 per month
- $700 is the full cadence above — two reels, one static post, and two TikToks a week — run across two locations. $300 is one location at three pieces a week: one reel, one static post, and one short-form video. Where you land depends on how many locations you have and how often you want to post. No contract, cancel anytime.
We currently manage social media for StoreIt Self Storage and Mid Valley Commercial & Office Cleaning. The full cadence above is what runs each week for a two-location account. Either way, we will tell you which end of the range you are on before you agree to anything.
